Shipping policy

USA & INTERNATIONAL
It's our goal to ensure that your package is delivered to you doorstep, properly.  Therefore, kindly be sure that all necessary information such as your name, billing and shipping address, email and/or phone number are correctly entered at checkout.

We are aware that the postal system for each country varies wtih regards to the way personal addresses are written and whether or not zip codes are required.  Kindly note, the United States requires the use of zip codes for packages to be delivered to people who live in the country and outside as well.  If you live outside of the USA, please be sure that you input your correct zip code to ensure that your package gets delivered to you.

Additionally, some people use abbreviations in their addresses.  If you use abbreviations in your address, please be sure they are written correctly the way your country's postal code recognizes it in their system.

PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING TIME
Our processing time for preparing deliverables takes 1-2 business days.  Kindly note when considering the total time it takes to receive your package that you must combine the processing time and shipping time to get an accurate assessment.  Shipping time may be calculated at check out based upon your selection.  

Please note, once your order is shipped, Shonta House, is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are noted as confirmed deliverables by the carrier, but claimed undelivered by the customer.

Shonta House is also are not liable for other conditions beyond our control, such as service interruptions or severe weather conditions.

Please also note, we do not issue store credit or refunds for packages that carriers confirm as delivered.  You must file must a claim with the carrier.s

Should such an unfortunate incident happen with the delivery of your order, we recommend that you immediately contact the appropriate postal service/carrier with the tracking number provided in your email after your purchase. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund or resend orders under these circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Kindly note, shipments to Europe require a contact number.

Additionally, you are responsible for tax and duties placed on your orders, except when "Standard Delivery Paid Duty, DDP" is selected for shipments.

Therefore, you agree that any duties, taxes, and/or other charges that may be incurred to release your order from customs upon your order's arrival are your sole responsibility and not the responsibility of Shonta House. 

Please note: duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in our products item prices or shipping costs.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for duties, taxes and other charges, should a customer not select the "Standard Delivery Paid Duty, DDP" option for shipping.
