This Privacy Policy describes how shontahouse.com and Shonta House, LLC (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from triumphinprayers.com or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services"). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Sites, we collect information about individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this information that is automatically-collected as “Device Information”.  This does not include SMS opt-in data and consent.

 We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We use Order Information collected from your purchase generally for orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). The purpose for using your Order Information is to:

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, for the purposes as described above only. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information to otherwise protect our rights.

SMS MARKETING

We only collect telephone numbers from customers who choose to opt-in for the sole purposes of either sending coupon codes or sending weekly inspiring messages.  The only way telephone numbers are collected are through our pop-up forms for email and SMS opt-in where customers have the option to either opt-in or opt-out. 

Privacy and security is of our upmost concern; therefore, customer telephone numbers are never shared by us to third parties.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

As described above, we may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
