Refund policy

Returns are approved and accepted up to 14 calendar days of purchase based on criteria listed below.

We do not offer cash refunds, only store credit, which shall be the equivalent of the total purchase cost, including taxes, but not shipping.  Shipping costs for return items are the customer’s responsibility. We do not incur restocking fees and we do not accept final sale items for returns.

Only unworn, unwashed, undamaged items that are with tags and in original packaging
are considered eligible and shall be approved based solely upon the discretion of Shonta House for store credit, only, not a refund. 

Please note that any item that does not meet this criteria is considered non-returnable and non-refundable and therefore, will be denied.

Kindly note: Shonta House reserves the right to determine eligibility of store credit for return items based on criteria stated above. 

If you ordered an item that you feel does not work out for you and would like to return it, the terms of condition for that item shall be as stated above in order for it to be considered as a return.  In such case, you will only be offered store credit.

If an item meets the criteria stated above, it must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt as marked by your postal service for "delivered."  So, if an item should be returned, it must be postmarked as a return within 14 days of the day it was postmarked date as delivered.  Business days are not included as a part of the 14 calendar day period.

Your packaging slip must be included in your return, marked with the size(s) you prefer.  We advise emailing that you would be returning an item(s) with specifications to make the return process easier.

For approved return items, we highly recommend using registered mail as proof of your return.

You agree that Shonta House is not liable for lost items that being returned.

You further agreed that postage costs for returns are not Shonta House's responsibility.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Step One

To start a return, first inspect your item to ensure that it meets the criteria listed above.  Be sure that you have read and agreed with the terms and conditions set forth within this policy.

Step Two
Take a clear photo of your item(s) outside of the packaging, ensuring the entire item(s) is clearly visible within the photo.  Include a second photo of the back of the item(s).  Include these photos in your email.

Step Three
Include your proof of purchase, your receipt, in your email with your photos (front and back of your item(s).)

Step Three
Email us at: info@shontahouse.com to let us know immediately that you are interested in returning an item or items, so the we are aware of your desire and can provide you with a return slip.

Step Four
Ship your item(s) along with your printed return slip to our address listed above.

Kindly note, you agree that returns will be automatically denied unless Shonta House is notified first (as requested according to our policy).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.  Please, contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can properly assess the issue to make appropriate corrections.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if an item or items are being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. However, as stated herein, your item(s) must meet all criteria stated above for eligible returns and you must follow the steps for a return as stated above for "How to Start A Return."

Store Credit
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be notified by email as to whether your return is approved and store credit is issued.
